The working group has developed a model for an anti-SLAPP law that not only transposes the European anti-SLAPP directive, but also incorporates a number of Council of Europe and European Union recommendations. With that model as a basis, the new Belgian justice minister and parliament can get to work to transpose the directive efficiently and on time.
